We're planning to enhance our town centre over the next 20 years to make it even more enjoyable for everyone. Your Voice Matters! 

Berrigan Shire Council is preparing for these changes through exciting projects and careful planning to help guide development of the Tocumwal Town Centre over the next 20 years.

Berrigan Shire Council invites you to view and provide feedback on three exciting draft concept plans for Tocumwal's Town Centre. These plans are shaped by your previous feedback and values. Now, we need your input to refine them further.

These concept plans show what the Tocumwal town centre could look like in the future – i.e. by 2040. The concept plan is to be used as a guide by council and developers when considering proposed development. Adopting the concept does not mean it will be built exactly as shown.

A concept plan is a preliminary design document that outlines the basic ideas, themes, and intentions for a project.
