Planning Certificates

These certificates provide you with information we have available about planning controls and other issues that may affect a particular parcel of land as identified under the Environmental Planning and Assessement Act 1979 and Local Goverment Act 1993.

Applications for certificates pertaining to planning information; 10.7(2), 10.7(5), Property Sewer Diagrams, 9.34 Outstanding Notices and Orders (EP&A Act), 735A Outstanding Notices (LG Act).

Planning certificates are issued per lot. A separate application will be required for each additional lot.
 
Please be advised that you will require all property information including title details, assessment details and vendor details to complete this application.
