Draft Strategic Framework and District Plans
Council is seeking feedback regarding the Draft Strategic Framework and District Plans. The purpose of this strategy is to amend the Berrigan Local Environmental Plan (LEP) through a planning proposal.
If you would like to provide any comments about the draft strategy, please fill in the Have Your Say form at the bottom of this page or send an email (or letter) to buildingandplanning@berriganshire.nsw.gov.au. Council will receive written comments up until Friday 24 November 2023 @ 5pm.
Information sessions will be held at each town's Library. The sessions will have information about the strategy and there will be an officer to answer any enquiries:
