Council is in receipt of the following Development Application No. 32-25-DA-DM for a Manufactured Home Estate (retirement village) at 74 Quicks Road Barooga NSW 2714

(Lot 2 / DP712556). The applicant is The Land Dynamics Pty Limited. The consent authority is Berrigan Shire Council.

The Development Application and supporting documentation may be inspected during office hours at the Council Office or alternatively via the NSW Planning Portal DA Exhibitions | Planning Portal – Department of Planning Housing and Infrastructure (nsw.gov.au). Written submissions in respect of the Development Application will be accepted by Council until close of business on Friday 1 November 2024, was previously closing on Tuesday 29 October 2024 and extended to 1 November 2024.
