Street stalls are used for selling goods and services as well as promotion in public areas. Street stalls are temporary activities limited to specific areas, days and times.
Berrigan Shire Council recognises the need for street stalls for the promotion of businesses within the community, whilst ensuring our public spaces are accessible to all.
To operate a street stall in Berrigan Shire a permit is required.
