Tocumwal War Memorial Hall
The Tocumwal War Memorial Hall has delegated authority:
to give care, control, and management of the Tocumwal War Memorial Hall - specifically excluding enforcement, regulatory revenue functions and any sub-letting or licensing to third parties - to a committee comprising community members and/or Councillors as appointed from time to time vide Section 355 of the Local Government Act 1993 subject to the exercise of such authority conforming with the direction of the Council.
