Here’s what you need to know:

Make sure your development application is complete when you submit it via the NSW Planning Portal. If any documents are missing, the development application is technically incomplete and Council Staff may return the development application to you. The Building & Planning information sheets will assist you.
Staff will not progress with your development application (the further information request stage) until the fee schedule (invoice) has been paid. The most efficient way to pay, is via credit card in person or over the phone (03 5888 5100) by giving Council staff the “PAN” reference (from the NSW Planning Portal).
