 Australia Day Public Holiday

The Berrigan Shire Council offices and Libraries will all be closed on Australia Day, Thursday 26th January 2012. 

We hope you join us for celebrations in Tocumwal, with breakfast commencing at 7.45am at the Recreation Reserve, followed by the official proceedings and the presenting of the Australia Day awards at 9am.

The New Finley Library opening

The new Finley Library will be opening for business on Wednesday 25 January 2012. There will be no internet services for the first week but all other facilities will be up and running.  The new phone number for the Finley Library will be 03 5888 5182.

Early Intervention Services new home

The Berrigan Shire Early Intervention Services have moved in to their new residence at the rear of the new Finley Library in Murray Street Finley.  Marg is currently away on holidays but is looking forward to welcoming all her clients to her new office on her return in February.  The new phone number for the Early Intervention Service will be 03 5888 5188.

Weed spraying at Berrigan Shire Council Tips

The Central Murray County Council will be spraying Berrigan Shire Council's Refuse Depots with Roundup and Tricam over the next two weeks commencing Monday 16th January 2012.
